The past shapes our dreams. Our dreams shape our reality. Salice, Messina, Sicilia (Italy) is my birthplace and I spent my childhood there. Surrounded by hills and the sea, I felt free. When I fixed my eyes past the horizon beyond the 'Isole Eolie, Sicilia,' I imagined living in a far away land filled with action, excitement, and adventures. Now I am surrounded by what I had dreamt. More often than none, I find myself thinking that I live in a dream asking myself, "What's my reality?"
