Secondly, it features the link elements I find the most aesthetically pleasing in a Tank: "Breguet" link hands, classic Roman numerals, a chemin-de-fer "railway" minute track, and a sapphire cabochon crown with beading. The drawing is from Cartier's archives in New York and was rendered long before the time of computer-aided design, which makes it all the more beautiful for its charms and link eccentricities.
